Ritu has 25 years of senior management experience in international marketing and operations combined with leadership development–coach, consultant and facilitator – across multiple industries. Her professional journey across different cultures in SE Asia, Europe and North America makes her ‘intentionally inclusive’, enable transitions and adapt to change. She enjoys diversity in thoughts, perspectives and beliefs. An insightful collaborator and partner, Ritu leverages her global perspective, international experience, business acumen and intuition to guide, challenge and support leaders to actualize their desired intentions.
Ritu has worked, consulted and coached in multiple sectors: technology, healthcare, tourism, mining, professional services, insurance, automotive and consumer goods’ industries. Her clients have included CEOs, EVPs, SVPs,VPs, Directors, engineers, general managers and functional leaders with global responsibilities. Her corporate experience includes: Regional Head at the American Management Association (A-Pac); Regional Director at ThoughtWorks Inc; Head-Strategy and International Business at Eicher International. She has mentored and coached entrepreneurs and business owners for Enterprise Toronto and for University of Toronto’s Young Entrepreneurs in Canada.
