Experience
Tulika began her career with advertising in the Pharmaceuticals industry and then joined the booming IT Industry in India to build a rich corporate experience of almost three decades in education operations, business expansion, franchisee management and strategic HR. She held P&L responsibilities across geographies and her last role was as Chief Business Officer of the Schools Business of a multinational company, reporting to the CEO and working with the board. Having had a stellar record in grooming leaders as Business Manager, Tulika was enabled to become a certified Executive Coach and she played a key role in Corporate HR for few years – designing and leading the Executive Coaching Practice, personally coaching 80 high‐potential managers. Other coaching initiatives were in designing Laser Coaching to enhance post training effectiveness, Career Coaching curriculum for MBA students in the university arm of the multinational company and career‐coaching Accelerated MBA students in XLRI Jameshedpur. She also led other strategic corporate HR initiatives in Performance Management and Onboarding ‐ contributing to the company’s Top‐5 ranking in Best Place to Work. As a woman buisness leader at a CBO level, Tulika has extensive experience in buisness and Diversity Management. Her leadership and coaching has covered hard core P&L, budgeting, turning around challenged IBUs, talent nurturing through individual leadership grooming, succession planning, transition coaching and special focus on woman managers. She is often invited to speak at multiple forums on Coaching and Diversity Management.
Current Role
Leveraging her unique combination of buisness management with corporate HR and coaching, Tulika is functioning as a Coach and Consultant across varied industries since 2016 and has joined CCL’s adjunct staff in early 2017. Having worked with a wide span opf young learners and senior executives, she has the ability to add value at both transformational and strategic levels of organisations and in nurturing talent and diversity. She is also an effective Facilitator in Leadership Development, Coaching and performance management.
