Jyoti Bajpai is a passionate learner who is always eager to connect with people across geographic boundaries. Her oncology training involves leading institutes in India and abroad including All India Institute of Medical sciences, Memorial Sloan catering, John Hopkins. In addition to this, she has also been part of Iam European Society of Medical Oncology(ESMO) leader’s generation programme graduate.
Jyoti has a friendly demeanour, is an avid multitasker and is courageous to take up challenges and in assessing strengths and limitations. She played a pivotal role in starting the Indian Immuno-oncology society of India (founder general secretary) and Women in oncology (W4O) –India and SAARC nations (founder chair). She is a core committee member of ESMO-W4O.
With these global and national organizations, Jyoti is working towards a gender neutral environment in oncology with inclusiveness & diversity. She has also contributed towards development of prestigious international ESMO and SITC guidelines for sarcoma and Immunotherapy my other research work includes international and national publications (194) in the field of Rare cancers (sarcomas, pregnancy associated cancers), breast cancer, gender equality and Immuno-oncology.
