Dr Sonali Vaid is public health doctor with 12 years of experience in managing and implementing public health programs to improve healthcare service delivery. Her work has spanned several countries in Asia and Africa.
She has used various capacity development approaches to improve healthcare quality, patient safety, infection prevention and control (IPC), surgical care and maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) and more. Her work has been supported by WHO, USAID, UNICEF and other international public health organisations.
She is conversant with working across all levels of the health system – from mentoring a team at a rural health facility to facilitating global technical fora. She has fostered networks for sharing & technical cooperation across countries. She is committed to social justice and equity. She supports efforts to raise the professional profile of nurses & mentors young women professionals in their careers.
Sonali is the founder of Incluve Labs LLP, a social enterprise committed to making healthcare safer, better and kinder. She is the graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health.
