Kristin Hughes Srour is Associate Director of the Indiana University (IU) Center for Global Health Equity, where she serves as the administrative and operational leader of the Center and a leader of the AMPATH Consortium. Prior to joining IU, Kristin was Vice President of Social Impact + Inclusion at Golin where she provided strategic counsel to clients to build and grow their social impact and health equity work. Kristin spent 10 years at Special Olympics International where she was Senior Director for Global Health Programs and Partnerships, leading Special Olympics’ Global Health work to increase access to care for people with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, she served at the U.S. Department of State working for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and at the White House in the Policy Development Office focusing on healthcare policy and supporting the Office of the National AIDS Policy. She graduated from Bucknell University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
