Mercy is a skilled Health Project Management Specialist with over ten years of experience in health research for advocacy and policy change in global health.
Mercy is the program manager at the AMPATH Multiple myeloma program where she leads all the programmatic and administrative operations. Other than providing strategic leadership to the program, she is also the chief implementor of the protocols which includes developing detailed project plans, human resource management and supervision, and project monitoring and evaluation.
She is the link person between senior program leadership, donors, and stakeholders.
