Dr Dube’s 25-year career has included leadership and several senior roles in the delivery and financing of health care; in the private and public sectors, and in global development. Prior to joining FP2030, Dr Dube led Health Policy and Medical Advisory for the group and led implementation of large-scale health programs and Business development Dr Dube has also worked at Philips, ARK as Head of Healthcare Investments. This experience spans across geographies, most of which have been spent delivering various models of health care in Africa.
Dr Dube has a Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MD) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases (DTMH), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master’s in Finance and Investments (MMFI) all from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Leadership Advancement Program in Strategy from Harvard Business School. She is a certified coach and volunteers to develop healthcare leaders.
