Coaching since 1997, she is the founder of Bridging Lives LLC, offering services as an executive coach, mediator, and collaborative process consultant. Beata brings a multi- faceted perspective and proven track record guiding individuals to clarify and evolve their leadership aspirations, cultivate innovation and engagement for diverse and high-performing teams, and achieve strategic business objectives.
Beata has worked with leaders, teams, and boards of directors in enterprises of many kinds, including: scientific, technology, medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, social entrepreneur, professional services (law, finance, etc.), insurance, federal and state agencies, education, research, non-profit, and arts organizations. Certified since 2004 as a Master Somatic Coach™, a mediator since 1995 and former attorney, Beata helps clients with what is essential for productive partnering and sustainable growth in business. Beata draws on a wide variety of developmental frameworks, insights from social neuroscience, consciousness studies, and experience in the arts. In 2003, Beata conducted an independent qualitative study, The Feminine Face of Leadership in Science, and has designed and delivered a variety of innovative development programs. As adjunct faculty with the Green MBA Program at Dominican University of California, Beata taught communication skills and organizational behavior for business transformation. Coaching emerging business owners, Beata served as a volunteer with the Women’s Technology Cluster (now Astia). As an Independent Contractor with the Management Communications Program of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Beata coached students in presentation skills and applied business communication. Multi-lingual (fluent in German) with rich experience living and working overseas, Beata is sensitive to cross-cultural dynamics and cultivating greater equity, diversity, and inclusion in leadership and collaboration.
Current Role
Beata is a Leadership Coach for CCL based out of Santa Fe, NM. With a systemic, holistic approach to both inner and outer dynamics of leadership and change, she helps clients realize and leverage their personal power for mutual gain and fulfillment. They fine-tune their capacity to respond more reliably, risk difficult conversations, and forge a vision-centric path for sustained improvements in individual performance, wellbeing, and relationships. Attuned to the Competence-Plus needs of highly accomplished experts who lead, she offers a compassionate, candid, whole-person approach for clients to uncover and seize opportunities for growth.
