As a former Research Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, Canada, and Chair of the Health and Safety committee, I dedicated nine years to advancing occupational health standards. Currently, I serve as Country Director for the NIHR-SRIHER Global Healthcare Research Centre, leading efforts to improve the health of marginalized populations worldwide.
My commitment to advocating for the well-being of marginalized groups, especially female workers in developing nations, drives both my research and mentorship initiatives. I believe in empowering individuals and communities to ensure equitable access to occupational health for all.
