Judith Omondi Anyona is a seasoned program management professional with 18 years of experience leading health and development initiatives across Africa and beyond. As an inaugural fellow of the Kofi Annan Global Public Health Leadership Program, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership across diverse sectors, mentoring teams, building capacity, and driving health innovations. She specializes in health supply chain management, curriculum development, training, and the promotion of transformative health solutions.

Judith has worked extensively with governments, donors, implementing partners, and communities in over 20 countries, spearheading impactful programs in Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Community Health, and Immunization. Her expertise has been instrumental in introducing new health products, promoting health innovations, developing training curricula, and fostering multi-sector partnerships to strengthen health systems.

In her previous role as Regional Program Lead for the Northern Africa Regional Collaborative Centre (RCC) at Africa CDC, Judith played a key role in operationalizing the Northern RCC, providing strategic guidance to member states in implementing Africa CDC initiatives and identifying best practices for cross-country learning. She has also held key positions at inSupply Health Ltd, John Snow Inc., and Catholic Relief Services, contributing to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and program execution.

With strong coordination and advocacy skills, Judith excels in program planning, proposal development, capacity building, knowledge management, and promoting health innovations. She holds a Master of Social Sciences in Development and International Cooperation from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and a Bachelor of Arts from Moi University, Kenya. She is a certified Project Leader by Cornel University USA. A dedicated champion of equitable, innovative, and sustainable health interventions, she is an active member of several global health networks.
