Alison Koler has over 15 years of experience in global health leadership, including eight years of field experience implementing large and complex donor-funded health programs in East and Southern Africa. Her expertise spans a range of public health issues, including HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health, and child and adolescent health. She has substantial experience in designing programs, scaling evidence-based interventions, capacity development, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning. She has experience leading large and diverse teams as well as providing direct technical assistance to programs globally. Currently, Alison serves as the Deputy Director for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and DREAMS programming on Pact’s Global Health team, where she oversees a portfolio of USAID/PEPFAR-funded projects and spearheads thought leadership initiatives. Alison holds a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
