Nikki Tyler is the Director of Partnerships in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy, which provides oversight for The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program. Prior to joining PEPFAR, Nikki served as the Deputy Director at the Center for Innovation and Impact in USAID’s Global Health Bureau. In this role, Nikki also led USAID’s COVID-19 non-vaccine initiatives, with a focus on increasing access to medical oxygen. Nikki also has worked as a consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors in Kenya, a program officer at Results for Development, and a financial and economic consultant at Cornerstone Research. Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College. She proudly hails from the Virgin Islands.
