Dr. Fransina Frans is a passionate Public Health professional with over nine years’ experience in healthcare, specializing in adolescent and youth-friendly health services (AYFHS). She currently serves as an AYFHS Advisor at Project Hope Namibia, focusing on innovative strategies to prevent new HIV infections among adolescents and youth.
With expertise in HIV prevention and care for paediatric and adolescent populations, Dr. Frans collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality programs that empower young people and promote healthy living. Her work includes capacity building, program implementation, and mentorship to strengthen healthcare service delivery.
Dr. Frans is committed to creating healthier communities and continues to advance her professional development through training in project management and leadership, enabling her to address complex public health challenges effectively.
