Women's Leadership in Global Health:
Discovery Report & Needs Assessment

Background

From September 2019 to March 2020 – our partner, the Center for Creative Leadership, led a discovery effort in our target geographies of the United States, India, and East Africa to better understand the landscape of women’s leadership in global health. 

The discovery report was informed by conducting interviews with key informants, surveying women in the global health field, reviewing existing programs for developing women in leadership, as well as an examining literature related to leadership development for women working in global health organizations.
