Mila is a health systems specialist with 15 years’ of experience collaborating on and leading projects to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations across public and private sectors. Mila transitioned to her role with USAID during the WomenLift Health Leadership Program. Previously, Mila was a Senior Director leading the international portfolio with the Community Health Acceleration Partnership (CHAP), hosted by the Office of the WHO Ambassador for Global Strategy. She also held leadership roles with the Clinton Health Access Initiative focusing on commodity access for vulnerable populations, primarily in sub-Saharan Africa. Mila also worked as a health economist and management consultant at McKinsey and Company and IQVIA. Mila holds an Msc. in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Human Rights from Barnard College, Columbia University.
