As a former corporate executive, Mitzi held leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations, and general management during a span of 25+ years with Fortune 50 Companies– PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble. She has significant experience managing P&Ls and leading large, cross-functional, matrixed, and geographically dispersed regional and national teams. Her experience includes sales and sales operations (Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse), business development, customer management, franchise business operations, general and multi-cultural marketing, and agency management.
Having served on the Advisory Board for a global franchise company and as owner of several franchise locations, Mitzi provides additional insight and deeper perspective for those working in growth companies and/or entrepreneurial divisions or businesses.
Mitzi is an Adjunct Feedback and Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of New Season Coaching & Consulting Group LLC—a multi-faceted management consulting and coaching firm specializing in executive leadership and personal coaching, organizational effectiveness, talent management and diversity and inclusion strategy.
As a certified executive leadership and productivity coach, Mitzi works with corporate and organizational leaders and professionals who want to maximize their impact, effectiveness and influence in national and global organizations. Mitzi serves as an Organizational Workshop facilitator and development feedback coach for a number of CCL Programs, including: Maximizing Your Leadership Potential, the Leadership Development Program, Leading Strategically, Coaching for Human Resource Professionals, and Leadership at the Peak (custom).
