Susie has over 20 years of professional experience, coaching and facilitating leadership development courses in English and Spanish.
Susie has extensive experience coaching leaders at all levels of the organization from front line leaders to executives globally using assessments such as 360 feedback, FIRO B, Persight, and Workplace Big Five.
Current Role
Susie Fraga is a Leadership Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership. She is also a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Talent Director at Lytx, Inc.
Educational Background
Susie is a graduate from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and minor in Spanish Literature. She also has a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.

Susie is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Society for Human Resources Management, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is also a member of MANA de San Diego, a non-profit organization focused on the development, nurturing, and empowerment of Latina leaders.
