As the Events Manager, my leadership is centred around exceptional planning and organizational skills, which I apply in both my professional and personal life. Managing a home while advancing my career has made me a more competent and supportive leader, fostering a sense of work-life harmony. I view every task, whether it’s personal or professional, in terms of strategic planning and prioritization. Every little detail is crucial in anything I undertake.

My ability to manage multiple responsibilities/tasks with grace has earned me the respect of family, colleagues, and partners. At home, I rely on the support of my nanny, who has become an integral part of our life. Through clear communication, mutual respect and trust, I’ve empowered her to take on responsibilities, allowing me to focus and prioritize my work outputs.
