As a Senior Facilitator at WomenLift Health EA Hub, I play a vital role in building the leadership competencies of mid-career women in health. Through our twelve-month leadership journey, I focus on vertical development, guiding women leaders through transformative mindset shifts. Empowering these women is deeply important to me, as it not only enhances their personal power and influence but also drives positive, lasting change within the health sector.
I am particularly passionate about creating safe spaces where women can express themselves, share experiences, and grow without fear of judgment. These spaces foster trust, reflection, and connection, allowing women to explore their leadership potential while developing key traits such as personal identity, confidence, courage, resilience, agility, and presence. In these supportive environments, I help women cultivate the tools and strategies needed to navigate the unique challenges they face as leaders.
My work matters because it creates a lasting impact, helping women step into leadership roles with a strong sense of self and the skills to thrive. By fostering this growth, I contribute to a more inclusive, diverse, and effective health leadership landscape. The transformation I witness in these women extends beyond the individual—it ripples outward, inspiring others and driving systemic change toward a more equitable future in health leadership.
