As Executive Director of Tanzania Child Welfare (TCW), I lead initiatives that empower women and communities through health, education, and economic resilience. Our focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), menstrual health, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, and child welfare ensures that essential services and education reach those who need them most.

Through women-led Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLA), we foster economic independence, equipping women with the resources to build stronger, more self-sufficient communities. Our SRHR programs provide young people with life-saving knowledge, while in rural areas like Ruangwa, we integrate environmental conservation with health education, creating a foundation for sustainable futures.

By championing women’s leadership, we create lasting ripple effects—stronger families, healthier communities, and empowered generations. When women lead, everyone thrives.
