Having faced discrimination in previous roles, I am deeply committed to workplace equity because everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. In a past organization, I was passed over for a promotion despite having more experience, education, and tenure—simply because of my race. That experience reinforced my belief in the urgent need for inclusive and equitable work environments.

This is why my work at WomenLift Health is so meaningful to me. Here, I have the opportunity to contribute to a culture where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential—regardless of gender, identity, race, or background.
