Anne Kipsuto is a Nurse-Midwife and Public Health Specialist, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Clinical Training at Lwala Community Alliance in Kenya where she leads efforts to strengthen primary healthcare systems through capacity building and quality improvement initiatives.

With over 12 years of experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Health Systems Strengthening, Anne is a seasoned public health professional and project management expert. She has led diverse, multidisciplinary teams across various geographical and cultural settings in Kenya, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.

Previously, Anne worked at Pathfinder International and at USAID AMPATH Uzima as the Program Manager for Family Health and County Coordinator. In this capacity, she led critical technical efforts in implementing Family Planning, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (FP/RMNCAH), Nutrition, and WASH programs in Trans Nzoia County. She also coordinated Primary Health Care programs across the focus counties of Trans Nzoia, Elgeyo Marakwet, Uasin Gishu, and West Pokot.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Moi University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health at Maseno University.
