Anne Njoroge, MD, PhD, is a physician and public health specialist with extensive experience in health system strengthening and program evaluations in Kenya. As Project Director at I-TECH Kenya, she has led the implementation and evaluation of several digital health initiatives, including the rollout and evaluation of an electronic vaccine registry and a vaccine defaulter tracing system in Western Kenya and a national surgical site infection surveillance system.

Dr. Njoroge has extensive experience deploying and optimizing digital health projects on major digital health platforms, such as DHIS2, OpenMRS, and OpenSRP, to enhance healthcare delivery and data management. She has contributed to mixed-methods evaluations and implementation research across Kenya, Uganda, and Zimbabwe, assessing the impact of design on system use. Dr. Njoroge enjoys watching the English Premier League(soccer) and is an ardent Chelsea fan!
