Belén Moran Bradley, MA, MSHEP, is a Sr. Health Communication Specialist with the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention, Global Health Center. Belén is passionate about communication strategy, collaborative partnerships, crisis & emergency risk communication, workforce development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging.
Since joining CDC in 2010, Belén has led communication teams during public health responses in the United States and abroad. Belén is a published author. Her work has been recognized with awards in Workforce Development, Health Equity, Plain Language, International Epi, and Emergency Communications.
Before joining CDC, she worked for the Georgia Department of Public Health and as a journalist.
Belén grew up in her native Peru, the United States and Europe. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Major in Journalism, a MA in Political Science and a MS in Health Education and Promotion.
