Caroline Ndinawe Simbeye is a dedicated project management professional specializing in sexual and reproductive health (SRH), donor relations, and international development. As a Senior Programs Officer at Marie Stopes Zambia, she leads donor-funded projects, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to enhance SRH services.

With over four years of experience, Caroline has expertise in Adolescent health, disability inclusion, financial management, and developing innovative IEC materials on SRHR, GBV, HIV, and child marriage for Adolescents and Young people. She has participated in prestigious leadership initiatives, including the Women in Leadership Workshop by the Center for Creative Leadership and the Mentor Her program by When Females Lead. Additionally, she applied for the WomenLift Health Southern Africa Signature Leadership Journey to further her commitment to expanding access to reproductive health services.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Lusaka and is pending graduation with a Master of Science in Project Management from Copperbelt University.
