Carolyne is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in business and public health. She is the East Africa Hub Director and Kenya Country Director at PATH. She has held various leadership roles in multiple sectors, with a recent focus on public health.
Her experience includes working in the private sector, as well as the International Development sector. Carolyne is skilled in strategy development and execution, forging and nurturing strategic and transformative partnerships for sustainable impact, resource mobilization, program development, and implementation. She’s previously held senior positions in the development world such as: International IT Operations Manager at PATH, Regional Technology Lead at Christian Aid, Country IT Manager at GOAL Ireland.
Carolyne Njeri Njuguna is a team leader at Safaricom McKinsey Academy Black Executive Leadership Program and holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Daystar University, a BSc. in Computer Science from Kenyatta University, and a Diploma in the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS) from Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
