Chantelle Solomon is a leadership and team catalyst with nearly twenty years of experience in global corporate finance. Her career includes leadership positions at all business levels, including directorship. Chantelle specializes in executive coaching and team development, focusing on transforming individual leaders and teams to achieve their growth and development aspirations. Chantelle has partnered with a diverse range of companies, including Sanlam, Shell, Amazon Web Services, Adumo Online, State Street, Capsicum and Abbots College (AdVTech Group), Volkswagen, Standard Bank, First National Bank South Africa (FNB), Engen, MPact, and Megchem.

Current Role
Based in South Africa, Chantelle consults and partners with clients and organizations across various industries to enable value-creating teams, equip leaders transitioning between levels, build leadership capability and capacity, and nurture young talent. She is passionate about creating synergistic energy and facilitating generative conversations that strengthen relationships and achieve collective outcomes. Chantelle facilitates experiential engagements and skills trainings both in-person and online to help clients communicate with influence, manage difficult conversations productively, and encourage trust and psychological safety. Underpinning her client and partner relationships are her core values of trust, authenticity, and care and respect for people.

Educational Background
Before earning her Master of Philosophy in Leadership Coaching from Stellenbosch Business School, Chantelle completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, and Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.

Professional Affiliations
Chantelle is a Coach and Team Coach at the Senior Practitioner Level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She also earned a Team Coaching Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching. Additionally, Chantelle is a Conversational Intelligence® Practitioner certified by the World Business and Executive Coach Summit (WBECS), and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. She is also a Chartered Accountant with the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA(SA)).
