Claire Tehan is an accomplished health care executive and coach with a track record of successfully coaching executives in diverse industries and global business environments. As an executive, her focus was creating growth and leading organizations through change; she brings hands on executive experience and a strategic perspective gained from multiple governance roles. Claire has a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, is a trained mediator and facilitator, certified in a wide range of assessments, and serves as both an executive and mentor coach at CCL.
Claire’s 25 years of executive experience as the founder and CEO of the first hospice in Southern California, coupled with her state and national hospice leadership positions, demonstrate her ability to translate vision and strategy into results. She has experience in operations, business development, mergers, joint ventures, Board development, strategic planning and fundraising.
Claire’s coaching experience includes working in over 15 industries with C suite executives, mid- level leaders, high potentials, and executive teams from all segments of health care, as well as financial services, telecommunications and technology industries, higher education, manufacturing, professional services and community organizations.
