Corazon Eunice Aquino

Corazon Aquino is a partnerships specialist dedicated to fostering strategic collaborations that enhance access to quality healthcare and education. With over 12 years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization, she has played a key role in driving reforms in health, education, poverty reduction, and women’s empowerment.

As a Partnerships Manager at Amref Health Africa, Corazon works to secure sustainable funding and build impactful alliances. Previously, she served as Donor Relations Manager at Amref Kenya and Fundraising Manager at ActionAid International Kenya, where she led the establishment of a local fundraising program. Her expertise spans advocacy, thought leadership, and multi-stakeholder engagement, including government partnerships.

Corazon holds a Master’s in Communications and Development Studies, a Bachelor’s in Communications and Public Relations, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at Amref International University. She is passionate about women’s leadership in global health, advocating for greater representation in decision-making roles to unlock innovation and improve health outcomes worldwide.

Fun fact: Despite growing up by the lake, Corazon doesn’t know how to swim, loves boxing in her free time, and is a sucker for bamboo fences!
