Dr. Diana Lou Moria

Diana is the youngest and dynamic Dean at the University of Juba, recognized for her advocacy of women’s empowerment in academia. Passionate about science and gender equality, she champions opportunities for young women in pharmacy, fostering leadership, inclusivity, and mentorship. She has implemented initiatives to challenge gender stereotypes and support female students in excelling academically.

Her career spans roles as a hospital pharmacist at Al Sabbah Children’s Hospital and a supervisor at Lelego Pharmacy before assuming her current leadership position. Diana holds a pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, a master’s in pharmacology, and is finalizing a second master’s in pharmaceutical analysis and quality assurance.

Fun Fact: Beyond academia, she enjoys baking, reading, and starting her day with prayers.
