Dr. Ivânia Euadaba is a medical doctor and MBA with over 10 years of experience in managing national, provincial, and district-level health programs. Specializing in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), family planning, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS, she ensures the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.She is the Project Director for Mais Escolhas (Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Technical Director for SFPAS (Global Affairs Canada), both focused on Adolescent and Youth SRHR, contraception, and gender-based violence. These initiatives support provincial and district health directorates, impacting 150 health facilities and 3.5 million people.

Beyond implementation, Dr. Euadaba contributes to policy development as a member of national technical working groups on SRHR, family planning, maternal and child health, and adolescent health. She co-chairs Mozambique’s FP2030 Secretariat, represents civil society organizations, and advocates for reproductive health rights through the Mozambique SRHR Network and Global Doctors for Choice. She has previously has held roles such as Senior Health Systems Advisor at Ipas and Program Coordinator at Centro de Colaboração em Saúde.

She earned a medical degree from Eduardo Mondlane University, an MBA from the Catholic University of Mozambique, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate program in Human Rights, Health, and Justice at Coimbra University.
