Leunora Okubasu is a motivated, diligent, and highly trained Health Supply Chain Systems Expert. Since completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees, and commencing her Ph.D Program, she has accumulated 17+ years of substantial work experience in clinical, research, supply chain, and public health systems implementation projects in developing country contexts, particularly in Africa.
Throughout her career, Leunora has had diverse and complex responsibilities including providing technical advice, project design and implementation, patient management, contribution to the development of key policy documents and mentorship programs, and has successfully mentored healthcare professionals and teams in the public health sector. She is passionate about health systems in Africa and would like to see them become efficient, effective, and sustainable through continuous quality improvement aimed at developing practical solutions enhancing the availability and accessibility of quality, cost-effective healthcare for all.
