Dr. Lydia is a passionate public health practitioner and Healthcare quality management specialist. She serves at AIDS HealthCare Foundation -Africa as director of Quality Management and Medical Logistics. Lydia has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV in Africa for 20 years. She was pioneer in roll-out of free anti-retroviral therapy in Masaka; Uganda and played a pivotal role in design and implementation of a standardized World Health Organization HIV training curriculum ( IMAI) across East and Southern Africa. Dr Lydia currently focuses systems to improve health care quality in HIV clinics to foster client experience & retention.
