Dr. Ramona Chebet Koech is a Digital Health Specialist and Health Systems Strengthening expert with extensive experience in implementing digital health solutions across East Africa. She is currently the Training and Capacity Building Director at T4Health Kenya, where she leads the rollout of national digital health systems, advises government stakeholders, and drives innovative health technologies. Previously, as a Digital Health Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, she supported the deployment of digital health platforms, and at PharmAccess Foundation, she served as Medical Advisor & Digital Health Projects Lead.
Dr. Koech holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Strathmore Business School, specializing in healthcare operations, leadership, and digital integration. She earned her MBChB from Moi University, Eldoret, and has contributed to research on mobile health technology for maternal health outcomes and digital diagnostic tools in Kenya.
She is passionate about women’s leadership in global health, believing that women bring unique perspectives to solving health challenges, particularly in primary healthcare and digital innovation.
