Dr. Rose Njoki Kairu is a dedicated Healthcare Manager and Medical Doctor with a wealth of experience in leadership and patient-centric clinical practice. Her journey in the healthcare field has been shaped by a commitment to excellence and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
As the Acting CEO of Meridian Health Group, Rose was responsible for developing and executing high quality business strategies to achieve corporate objectives. She also worked as the Head of Operations and Clinical Services where she was responsible for implementation of the clinical governance framework in line with best practice to ensure delivery of high-quality patient focused care. Prior to that, she held the positions Clinical Services Manager and a Branch Manager at Meridian Health Group.
Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nairobi and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Strathmore University.
