Alinda Ndenga is a Maternal Newborn Health Specialist, currently working as The RHMNCAH Advisor with Lwala Community Alliance, in Kenya.
She has over 15 years of experience managing reproductive health programs across Kenya; influencing policy and guideline frameworks, enhancing quality of care, and implementing evidence-based, high-impact solutions while collaborating with various institutions including KEMRI-FACES, PATH Kenya, and Jhpiego. She has extensive experience in health systems strengthening initiatives at the national and sub-national levels leading to improvements in program management, service quality and sustainability of interventions
Alinda has closely worked with working closely with the Ministry of Health Kenya to scale up DMPA -SC self-injection and Hormonal Intra-uterine device by developing guidelines, building capacity of service providers and supporting demand creation activities
Has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and certifications in Health Systems, and is working towards completing her Master’s in Public Health at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology
