Inonge Wina-Chinyama

Inonge is the Operations Director for MSI-Zambia, overseeing health services, outreach delivery, health systems strengthening, fleet management, and program security. Previously, she managed the Adolescent and Disability portfolio, enhancing contraception uptake among young people and persons with disabilities by ensuring safe and non-judgmental services.

Since joining MSI-Zambia in 2014 as Marketing and Communications Manager, she has played a key role in the organization’s growth. As an MSI Reproductive Choices Ambassador, she leverages 14 years of marketing experience, including seven in sexual and reproductive health, to strengthen partnerships and policy advocacy.

An active member of Zambia’s National Family Planning and Adolescent Technical Working Groups, Inonge influences policy changes to improve access to reproductive health services. She holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University and a Master’s in Corporate Communications from the University of Zambia.

Fun Fact: Inonge loves photography, dancing and supporting a vulnerable group of young women in a peri-urban community called ‘You and Us’.
