Jessica Rodrigues is a public health professional with 20 years of experience leading, designing, and advising programs and partnerships. Ms. Rodrigues’ technical expertise spans HIV, women’s health, health systems integration, and qualitative and implementation research. Ms. Rodrigues currently serves as Senior Advisor in the Office of HIV/AIDS (OHA) at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) where she provides technical support related to HIV prevention as well as integration of HIV and reproductive, maternal, and adolescent health services. Prior to joining USAID, she was Director of Product Introduction and Access at AVAC where she facilitated coordination between global and country stakeholders to introduce and scale new biomedical HIV prevention products and multi-purpose technologies. She also previously worked at UNICEF, and EGPAF in Mozambique and holds a Master’s of Science from Georgetown University.
