Kate Clitheroe has over 12 years of experience in designing, overseeing, and enhancing health care access, women’s empowerment, and education programs in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a skilled mentor and coach, passionate about building leadership capacity globally to accelerate change and achieve a more profound and lasting impact. In her previous role as a senior leader for One World Surgery, Kate focused on developing and delivering upon program strategy, enhancing organizational culture, and empowering her team to achieve results. She received her Master of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Notre Dame. After living and working in Honduras for 6 years, Kate is now based in Portland, Oregon.
