A passionate professional with over two decades of experience in public health and implementation research, I care about equity, innovation, and inclusivity in public health design and delivery that add value for communities and help propel change. Effective leadership, to me, is a combination of integrity, passion, empathy, a shared vision to make a difference, and the ability to take risks. I am excited to be part of WomenLift Health, which is providing an innovative platform to re-imagine leadership through a collective sharing of expertise and experiences. I have a Masters in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Masters in Public Health and PhD in Public Health Behavioural Science from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. I have around 22 years of experience working with academic and research organisations, including Oxford Policy Management, where I currently work, the Centre for Social Norms and Behavioural Dynamics, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the Public Health Foundation of India, Futures Group International, and Care.
