Londiwe Dlamini, Technical Advisor, Jhpiego

Londiwe Dlamini is a seasoned health professional with over 15 years of experience in public health. She is currently a Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) Technical Advisor at Jhpiego Eswatini. Her career includes leadership roles as a VMMC Program Manager at PSI Eswatini and FLAS, as well as a Program Officer for an MNCH-ACCLAIM study with EGPAF Eswatini and the Baphalali Eswatini Red Cross Society. She has successfully managed donor-funded projects, demonstrating expertise in project design, implementation, budget control, quality assurance, and strategic planning.

Londiwe holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a qualified nurse-midwife. She has additional certifications in Supervisory Management Skills and Health Emergencies in Large Populations. Currently, she is pursuing a BNSc in Medical-Surgical Nursing and Mental Health, set for completion in May 2025. Her academic background complements her extensive experience in health leadership and management.

Fun Fact: Londiwe is deeply committed to empowering women. In 2021, she founded A Letter to Makoti, a non-profit dedicated to supporting young married women in building warm and healthy homes. She is also a recording gospel artist, known as Londiwe D, and in 2024, she launched Graceful Harmonies, an initiative uniting female gospel artists in Eswatini to foster mentorship and empowerment within the music industry.
