Over the past two decades, I have engaged with private and public philanthropic entities to direct their giving in response in effective and impactful ways. My previous roles include overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios, serving as Chief of Party for USAID-funded HIV/AIDS prevention and care programs, leading Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) programs that served as the genesis of the creation of the END Fund. I have also overseen initiatives focused on improving access to immunizations, anti-malaria interventions, improving infant and maternal health, and delivering humanitarian assistance during natural disasters and disease outbreaks. My research interests focus on improving access to care and diagnostics for populations, with peer-reviewed publications on access to cancer prevention and diagnostic services and on innovative approaches to developing diagnostics for NTDs. Outside of work, I enjoy playing the guitar, gardening, and spending time with my family.
