Lulu Nazi is a highly motivated and hardworking health specialist with over 18 years of experience in programmatic and clinical services related to Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) and PMTCT. She has a proven track record of effectively leading teams, making sound clinical decisions, designing, and implementing programs, as well as providing training in medical education. She is skilled at forging partnerships with stakeholders at the county(district), country, and regional levels.
As the Reproductive and Women’s Health Technical Advisor for a USAID-funded project implemented by the University of Nairobi in Nairobi and Kajiado counties, Lulu is responsible for providing overall guidance and leadership, design, planning, and budgeting for family planning, RMNCAH, cervical cancer screening, the elimination of mother-to-child transmission, and the integration of orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) care into PMTCT service delivery in supported facilities. Before joining USAID Fahari ya Jamii, she worked for IMA World Health in Kenya as a Technical Advisor for eMTCT. She has also worked for the Center for Health Solutions and the PMTCT/RH technical advisor.
Lulu has a Diploma in community health nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Public Health.
