Currently pursuing my career as a faculty member in the Department of Food Processing and Technology, College of Food and Dairy Technology, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, and have actively engaged in teaching and research for 12 years from now. Teaching is one of the primary responsibilities in my area of expertise. Another sphere of my work includes engaging myself in independent and collaborative research and building a strong research portfolio that is crucial for career advancement. I am typically involved in service activities that include participating in academic pre-eminence and engaging in outreach activities for the community in terms of technology training to the farmers, SHGs, FPOs, entrepreneurs, and technology business consultation for various sects of people in the society. Fetching myself in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest developments in the Food Science and Nutrition field, networking with colleagues, and seeking opportunities for further training and skill development.
