Megha Kumar’s career has been shaped by her passion for designing patient-first healthcare systems that break through the barriers of traditional business models and product designs. With experience spanning healthcare consulting and product innovation, Megha has developed a multi-level understanding of how to create impactful, equity-centered solutions that prioritize patient outcomes.

Currently, Megha serves as Senior Strategy Manager for Medtronic’s Cranial and Spinal Technologies portfolio, where she brings a global perspective to streamline growth and innovation in one of the company’s largest businesses. Previously, she led Global Partnerships & Business Development at Medtronic LABS, collaborating with governments and donors to scale community-based digital health solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. In addition to her day job, Megha serves on the Board of Directors for Maziwa Breastfeeding, a Kenyan-based startup providing a novel breast pump and education model to help mothers alleviate the challenges between balancing their economic future and feeding their babies.

Megha holds a BA in Health Care Markets from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Strategy, Healthcare, and Social Impact from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and an MPH in Epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
