Meron Paulos is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over 20 years of experience leading public health programs. She specializes in program management, health systems strengthening, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy, with expertise in maternal and child health, digital health, and reproductive health. She has contributed to research and evaluations of multi-country health programs, focusing on gender equality and youth empowerment.

Currently, Meron is the Senior Program Manager for Health and Nutrition at the Embassy of Ireland in Ethiopia, overseeing Ireland’s public health initiatives. Previously, she held key roles at FCDO, PATH, and I-TECH, managing donor-funded health programs. Her career began as a clinical nurse in Ethiopia’s public and private healthcare sectors.

Meron holds a master’s degree in social work with a specialization in health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, alongside a PMP® certification. Recognized for her contributions, she received a Gold Medal in Nursing and was a 2017 East African YALI Fellow.
