2024 Leadership Journey Project:  Building a Gender-Informed Organizational Climate Reduction Plan

Molly Baker is currently serving as Associate Director for Analytics and Operations Projects at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). With over 15 years of working in global health, she is a strategic leader with a proven track record of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams to advance finance, operations, and program initiatives. She is passionate about helping organizations run well and loves taking what seems foreign (large data sets, finances, operational processes) and distilling it so it’s more understandable to larger audiences. She thrives in collaborative work environments and when helping teams work towards their goals. She has worked across diverse operations and programmatic teams in the areas of grant management, proposal development and new strategy creation. Before joining CHAI, Molly worked at Boston University Medical Center and as a health educator with the Peace Corps in rural Morocco. Molly completed her BA at Cornell University in Development Sociology and her MBA at Boston University specializing in non-profit and public management. She lives in Upstate New York with her family.
