As the Program Coordinator, North America, Morgan supports the WomenLift Health North America Director and Program Lead to design, build, and implement the systems and processes to efficiently track and support the signature training program, The Leadership Journey. Morgan is incredibly passionate about inclusivity and derives meaning from her role, empowering incredible mid-career women leaders in global health in the U.S. and Canada. She enjoys creating a positive culture of kindness, is always on the hunt for process improvements, and strives to free up her team to focus on the work that they love most.
Prior to joining WomenLift Health, Morgan worked in Coordinator roles and Assistant roles within diverse industries, including health, architecture, and engineering. She studied Journalism at San Diego State University and currently resides in Portland, Oregon.
