Background
Natasha is a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, and a former federal employee at the Department of Homeland Security. She has worked with diverse professional communities across the country and has facilitated instruction and taught globally in Canada and Africa. Using her various experiences in leadership; program, project, and financial management; and building diverse teams, Natasha is a strategic partner. She has a unique awareness and sensitivity to coach effectively in several cross-cultural business environments. Natasha coaches individuals, teams, schools, churches, and organizations.
Industry Experience Natasha is the President of T3 Leadership Solutions, Inc. where she challenges individuals and organizations to Tell The Truth, and grow in their authentic leadership through executive coaching, consulting, and mentoring. She is the Visionary Founder and Chairperson of the nonprofit, Leadership LINKS, Inc. Her work has included board, leadership, and program development; program facilitation and training; curriculum writing; program and project management; event planning; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work; and mentorship. Natasha is also a traditionally published author and sought-after international speaker.
Coaching Approach
Natasha’s motto for coaching is: “The first person you must learn to lead is yourself.” As a coach, she particularly enjoys working with organizational leaders who feel stuck or are in transition. Her coaching approach includes understanding the shaping elements of a person’s identity and/or the organization’s culture, and the client’s willingness to honestly examine the motivations and systemic structures that promote or hinder growth. Natasha uses a holistic approach to address the varying aspects of her clients’ professional life, including any challenges related to daily rhythms and life commitments. She affirms the clients’ strengths while addressing gaps and collaborates with them for a personalized development plan.
