Navneet has over 23 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business Development in Canada and Asia. She has worked in diverse roles in ITES, Banking, Telecom, BPO and Hospitality Services. She worked in Stratford Festival and moved into BPO as content developer and trainer to manager and further went on to work with a small bank and then helped set up a start up and then moved into facilitation and coaching full time. Today as an executive coach and facilitator Navneet works with senior executives across diversified industries to help improve their business skills by working with them. During these engagements, she works with business leaders in area of driving change and branding their leadership style through Innovation, Strategy and Execution by making them aware of the adaptive challenges in the VUCA world we live in. Her approach to Executive Coaching of Senior Business leaders, leads to enhancing their leadership skills, changing their approach, so they can effectively lead teams, and win business. She brings a rich experience of work and blends the best of East and West to help the client gain the competitive edge in the Global market.
Current Role
Since 2007, Navneet has been running her own consulting practice to serve corporate in the private and public sectors. She runs successful leadership interventions for FMCG, Finance and Banking, Telecom, ITES, Manufacturing and Services Industries. She has assignments in the APAC region and the African Continent. She is certified in many assessments such as CCL 360 Benchmark, Work Place Big Five, Integrative Enneagram, The Leadership Circle and Transformative Leadership. She is successfully managing her portfolio career across geographies.
Educational Background
Navneet holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma from The University of Melbourne and U21 Global in Business Management. She holds a dual Bachelor Degree in Arts and Science from The University of Western Ontario Canada. She has a diploma from Ontario Skills Program in Hospitality and Customer Services. She is also qualified in Development Centre methodology from XLRI, India.

Navneet is a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation. She is a senior member of the Clean India Drive with World Bank, Leadership faculty with Rotary Club 380, Faculty for LMT Business School in India. She is also senior member of core team for APAC (Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches) Conference in Mumbai for August 2019. She is also actively involved in Empowering Women and people with special needs.
